Kemp Mill Village Neighbor Helping Neighbor – KMV will do more than offer rides. We now have over 40 volunteers and supporters, who are helping us prepare to offer services starting January 1, 2019, including rides to appointments and shopping, prescription delivery, everyday household tasks, such as changing light bulbs, and picking up groceries.
