Kemp Mill Village Rides – The Gift of a Lift – We now have 14 drivers signed up for the Kemp Mill Village Rides program. Come join them and help your neighbors so we can provide a responsive service for Kemp Mill residents. We anticipate offering service starting January 1, with a group of trained, insured, background-checked, drivers. We are also seeking a volunteer bookkeeper and an attorney (pro bono) who can each provide a very limited amount of time to our Village.
