The Youth Minyan will meet the first two days of Sukkos, Shabbos Chol Hamoed, and Shemini Atzeres at 9:15 AM sharp in the small Social Hall. Please note: the Youth Minyan does not say Yizkor.
Please join us this Shabbos, the first two days of Sukkos, Shabbos Chol Hamoed, and Shemini Atzeres for groups: 2-5 year-olds meet in the youth room behind the balcony; Girls 1st-4th grade gather in the main lobby and Boys 1st-4th grade gather outside the Social Hall and walk to the Yeshiva. Early care for 2-5 year-olds runs from 9:30-10:00. Groups run 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM. Please pick up child(ren) promptly.
YISE Youth Sukkah Hop – Please join YISE Youth on the second day of Sukkos, Tuesday, October 18, 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM for children grades K-6th. Capital Kosher Pantry Food Drive – Due to the generosity of our community, The Capital Kosher Pantry of Yad Yehuda of Greater Washington is extending its food drive through the remainder of the Chagim and on an ongoing basis throughout the year, in order to maintain the support of those in our community who struggle to put food on their tables. Everyone is encouraged to assist the CKP in this cause by dropping off kosher, non-perishable food items in factory sealed containers in the labeled collection boxes in the designated locations in our area. Thank you for your participation in this worthy and necessary endeavor by helping the dozens of local individuals and families who benefit from this service.
