YISE YOUTH ANNOUNCEMENTS

Youth Groups on the 2nd day of Shavuos and on Shabbos meet at 10am. 1st – 4th grade girls meet upstairs in the small Beis Medrash; 1st – 4th grade boys at the Yeshiva (meet in the YISE downstairs lobby at 10am); 2-5 year olds meet in the large Youth room behind the women`s balcony. Pick up the 2-5 year olds in the large Youth room and the 1st-4th graders in the small Youth room.

Ice Cream !! The YISE Youth Department invites the entire community to an Ice Cream Party on the second day of Shavuos. Join us Thursday, June 9, 4:30-5:30 pm in the Arcola Social Hall. For more info or to help sponsor this event, email youth@yise.org.

Rabbi Rosenbaum's Shiur for 6th-8th grade boys will not meet this Shabbos.

EXTRAS ON SHAVUOS

On the 2nd day of Shavuos, Rabbi Rosenbaum will speak at the 8AM Minyan and the 8:45AM Main Minyan.

Midnight Shiur for middle school boys – Rabbi Klugerman will be teaching a shiur for middle school boys at 12 midnight in the Social Hall.

Shiur for the Girls – There will be a shiur for 6th-8th grade girls at the Isser home, 11533 Daffodil Lane from 11:00pm to 1:00am.

Beis Medrash Zichron Gedaliah Community Tuesday Night Learning for Men – will resume after Shavuos.

Rabbi Zev Katz's Wednesday morning Chumash shiur will resume after Shavuos. Rabbi Moshe Arzouan's Wednesday evening Advanced Men's Gemara shiur will resume after Shavuos.

Rabbi Rosenbaum's Gemara shiur for men, Tuesday and Friday mornings, Arcola Social Hall, 6:00-6:45am.

Rabbi Rosenbaum's Wednesday night Women's shiur will resume after Shavuos.

Linas Hatzedek – The Greater Washington Community Kollel – Linas Hatzedek continues this Sunday with the topic "Lo Sisnah: The Prohibition of Harboring Hatred in Your Heart." The program is presented jointly with the YISE Adult Education Committee, Sunday mornings 9:30am, following the 8:45 Shacharis.

Gemara Basics – The Greater Washington Community Kollel's weekly Yesodei Hatorah shiur for men will resume after Shavuos.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS & LISTINGS

A Shavuos Shiur for Women – The Yeshiva Women's Alumni Association is presents a shiur for women on the second day of Shavuos. Rabbi Aharon Lopiansky will address "Concepts of Kabbalos HaTorah," 4:30pm at the Boys' School Campus, 1216 Arcola Avenue, in the Belonofsky Beis Midrash. All women in the community are invited to attend.

Kiruv training – Come to an inspiring, informative evening at the home of Leah & Yehoshua Scheininger, this Sunday, June 12. Learn how to reach out to fellow Jews in a meaningful way.
