As the Shabbos Shorts was about to print, we received word of the passing this morning of former YISE member Dr. Bruce Shnider. Information of funeral and shiva arrangements will be distributed to the community when available.

YISE YOUTH ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Youth Minyan will start at 9:15am in the small side of the Social Hall. This week`s Youth Minyan Kiddush is sponsored by Faygah, Jed, Mordechai, Tzivia, Avrumi, Shoshanah, Gavriella and Nechama Linfield in honor of the anniversary of Moshe`s bar mitzvah.

Summer groups for children ages 2-5 begin this Shabbos in the youth rooms upstairs, and will run from 10 – 11:15. . Groups for 1st- 4th grade will resume after the summer.

Rabbi Rosenbaum`s Shiur for 6th – 8th grade boys will not meet this Shabbos.

WEEKDAY SHIURIM

Rabbi Zev Katz`s Wednesday morning YISE Chumash class, previously taught by Rabbi Anemer, will resume on Wednesday, July 21, at 11:00 am.

The Wednesday evening Advanced Men`s Gemara shiur previously taught by Rabbi Anemer, z"l, is now conducted by Rabbi Moshe Arzouan, following Maariv at University Blvd.

Rabbi Rosenbaum`s Sunday night shiur for men in Mishna Brurah meets at his home.For more information contact jobstfeld@yise.org.

Rabbi Rosenbaum`s Wednesday night Women`s shiur will resume July 14.

Rabbi Rosenbaum will be away Sunday, June 27 through Tuesday, July 13.
