Kemp Mill Community Krystallnacht Program 7:30pm, Sunday, Nov. 7 "Into the Arms of Strangers," a feature length documentary about the Kindertransport will be presented at 7:30 pm Sunday, Nov. 7 in the YISE Social Hall. This program, presented as an adjunct to Yom HaShoah program last April, is sponsored by the YISE/KMS Holocaust Committee.

Don`t forget to change your clocks 1 hour back Motzei Shabbos for Eastern Standard Time

Rabbi Rosenbaum has started a new Gemara shiur for men on Tuesday and Friday mornings in the Arcola social hall from 6:00-6:45. The shiur will cover Gemara, Rashi, and Tosfos with a look at the practical halachic conclusions drawn from the sugyos. It will begin with the third perek of Meseches Shabbos. YISE YOUTH ANOUNCEMENTS

The Youth Minyan will start at 9:15am in the small side of the Social Hall.

The Youth Minyan Kiddush is sponsored by the Youth Minyan Kiddush Group.

Youth Groups will meet this Shabbos at 10am. 1st – 4th grade girls meet upstairs in the small Beis Medrash; 1st – 4th grade boys at the Yeshiva (meet in the YISE downstairs lobby at 10am to walk across); 2-5 year olds meet in the large Youth room behind the women`s balcony. Pick up the 2-5 year olds in the large Youth room and the 1st-4th graders in the small Youth room.

Rabbi Rosenbaum`s Shiur for 6th-8th grade boys meets 1 hour before Shabbos Mincha.

The first Dor L`Dor of the season is next week! All families are invited to come and join in the YISE Arcola Social Hall Motzei Shabbos, Nov. 13, 7pm for family chevrusah-style learning, pizza, and prizes! To sponsor this program, call Michael Shimoff, 301-592-1606.

Join us for the Annual YISE Youth & Nursery School Chanukah Party and Gift Sale, Sunday, Nov. 21 at the YISE Nursery, 811 University Blvd., 1 to 4pm. Come get all your Chanukah gift shopping done while your pre-school and early-elementary aged children are busy with fun activities, including arts and crafts, exciting games and delicious refreshments. The cost is $5 per child with no admission fee for adults. This is a community-wide event.
