YISE Shabbos groups 2 – 5 year-olds meet in the youth room behind the balcony; Girls 1st – 4th grade meet in the Small Beis Medrash; Boys 1st – 4th grade gather outside the Social Hall and walk over to the Yeshiva. Groups are from 10am – 11:15am. Please pick your child(ren) up promptly.

YISE Community Invited to Seudah Shlishit/Siyum This Shabbos

YISE's "Rotating Rebbe shiur" plans to finish Masechet Ta'anit this Shabbos. The community is warmly invited to celebrate with us at Seudah Shlishit in the Arcola Social Hall after Minchah.

Each week a different participant teaches the rest of the shiur. Besides the diversity of backgrounds and teaching styles, it offers the benefit of particularly effective learning due to the pressure of being "Rebbe" every two months or so. All men are welcome to join the weekly shiur next Shabbos, Dec. 24, when we begin Masechet Kiddushin, in the Yeshiva after the 8:00 AM kiddush.

Kashrut Alert – Effective immediately, the Kosher Subway in Pikesville is no longer kosher. It is now a non-kosher Subway. The Kosher Subway located in the Rockville JCC is not affected. It remains under proper supervision and is kosher.
