Purim Carnival! The YISE Youth Department presents our annual Purim Carnival Extravaganza, in the Arcola Social Hall, Motzei Shabbos, March 19. Youth Groups this Shabbos meet at 10am in all the regular places. Pick up the 2-5 year olds in the large Youth room and the 1st-4th graders in the small Youth room.

Special thanks to Dave Kull and DNA Tree Service – DNA came by on Shabbos (with the approval of Rabbi Rosenbaum) to cut away broken branches from the tree in front of the Shul entrance. A Shloshim for Rabbi Zecharya Mines, z"l, will take place, iy"h, on Saturday evening, March 12, at 9:00 p.m. in the Belonofsky Bais Medrash of the Yeshiva of Greater Washington. Rabbi Mines, a brother-in-law of Rabbi Anemer, z"l, was a greatly influential rebbi at the Yeshiva in its early years, and also was the Baal Musaf on Yamim Noraim at YISE for several years. This gathering is being planned for former talmidim and friends in the DC-Baltimore area, in addition to one on Thursday evening, March 10, in Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Queens, NY.
