CONDOLENCES TO:

Esther Becker, Joel Becker and Linda Zurndorfer on the passing of their husband and father, Sidney Becker, z"l, Thursday morning. The funeral service took place Friday. Shiva will be observed at the Becker residence, 1121 University Blvd. W., Apt. 105, through Thursday morning. Minyan schedule is as follows: Shacharis: Sun/Tues/Wed: 7:30am. Mon/Thurs: 7:20am. Mincha/Maariv: Sun through Wed: 7:20pm. The family requests no visitors between 12:00 noon and 1:00pm, between 5:30pm and 6:30pm or after 10:00pm. Visiting hours Motzei Shabbos: 8:30-11:00pm.

Beth Greene Perera on the passing of her husband, Shabtai Perera, z"l. The funeral will take place Sunday morning, 10:00 AM at Garden of Remembrance. Shiva will be observed in the Perera residence beginning on Sunday. Further shiva details will follow.

Cleaning the Shul for Pesach – Rabbi Barry Greengart will supervise the bedika at YISE Arcola. We ask that members with talis boxes please clean out all chometz from their box by end of business Monday, April 11.

YISE YOUTH ANNOUNCEMENTS

Youth Groups this Shabbos meet at 10am. 1st – 4th grade girls meet upstairs in the small Beis Medrash; 1st – 4th grade boys at the Yeshiva (meet in the YISE downstairs lobby at 10am); 2-5 year olds meet in the large Youth room behind the women's balcony. 11:15am – pick up 2-5 year olds in the large Youth room and 1st-4th graders in the small Youth room.

Rabbi Rosenbaum's Shiur for 6th-8th grade boys will meet this Shabbos 1 hour before Mincha.

Save the Date, May 14 for a Women's Seudah Shlishit – Join in a Seudah Shlishit honoring all women Shabbas afternoon, May 14, 4- 6pm in the YISE Arcola Social Hall. Attendees will enjoy a "make-your-own wrap" bar and a variety of chocolate desserts while socializing with other women from the community. In the spirit of Mother's Day (May 8), bring and share your favorite Mother's Day memories as we together explore the silly and serious sides of being a daughter, a sister, a mother, and/or a grandmother.
