Nancy & Avi Karkowsky on the birth of twin grandchildren, Meirav Tova and Nadav Baruch, born to their children Chavi Karkowsky & Josh Greenfield. Mazal Tov to the twins' older brother Matan Yosef and to the great-grandmother Bea Herskovitz, all the aunts, uncles and the entire family.

Youth Groups this Shabbos meet at 10am. 1st – 4th grade girls meet upstairs in the small Beis Medrash; 1st – 4th grade boys at the Yeshiva (meet in the YISE downstairs lobby at 10am); 2-5 year olds meet in the large Youth room behind the women`s balcony. Pick up the 2-5 year olds in the large Youth room and the 1st-4th graders in the small Youth room.

Rabbi Rosenbaum's Shiur for 6th-8th grade boys will meet this Shabbos, 1 hour before Mincha.

Beis Medrash Zichron Gedaliah Community Tuesday Night Learning for Men – The Learning program resumes next Tuesday, May 3, in the YISE small Social Hall. Learning 8pm-9pm, followed by Maariv and light refreshments. Contact Rabbi Reingold, 301-996-5910.

Rabbi Zev Katz's Wednesday morning Chumash class, previously taught by Rabbi Anemer, z"l, resumes next Wednesday, May 4, at 11am in the small Beis Medrash.

Rabbi Moshe Arzouan's Wednesday evening Advanced Men's Gemara shiur, for the rest of spring and summer months while Mincha starts late, will be given one hour before Mincha each Wednesday evening at University Blvd.

In the spirit of Mother's Day (May 8), bring and share your favorite Mother's Day memories as we together explore the silly and serious sides of being a daughter, a sister, a mother, and/or a grandmother.
