Janet Rotttenberg & her children Mindy Tolchinsky, Simi Franco and Jerry Rottenberg on the passing of their husband and father, Melvin Rottenberg. Burial was Thursday. The family will be sitting shiva at the Tolchinsky residence, 11527 Charlton Drive, until Monday April 18 at 1pm. The family requests no visitors between 6pm – 7pm or after 10pm. Visitors are welcome Motzei Shabbos 8:45-11:00 pm. Minyan Schedule: Shacharis: Sunday: 8:00am, Monday: 6:45am. Mincha/Maariv: Sunday: 7:35pm. There will NOT be a Siyum Monday morning at the Shiva minyan. Those who need to attend a Siyum should daven at a regularly scheduled minyanim.

Rav Rosenbaum and the Adult Education Committee thank everyone who signed up to learn section of Tanach in commemoration of the yahrzeit of Rav Anemer, zt"l. All 133 sections have been reserved and are currently being studied. For those participating in the project, please remember to complete your section(s) by May 4, which is in less than 3 weeks. A special event is being planned for the Shabbat following Rav Anemer's yahrzeit.

YISE YOUTH ANNOUNCEMENTS

Youth Groups this Shabbos meet at 10am. 1st – 4th grade girls meet upstairs in the small Beis Medrash; 1st – 4th grade boys at the Yeshiva (meet in the YISE downstairs lobby at 10am); 2-5 year olds meet in the large Youth room behind the women's balcony. 11:15am – pick up 2-5 year olds in the large Youth room and 1st-4th graders in the small Youth room.
Rabbi Rosenbaum's Shiur for 6th-8th grade boys will not meet this Shabbos.
Save the Date, May 14 for a Women's Seudah Shlishit – Join in a Seudah Shlishit honoring all women Shabbos afternoon, May 14, 4- 6pm in the YISE Arcola Social Hall. Attendees will enjoy a "make-your-own wrap" bar and a variety of chocolate desserts while socializing with other women from the community. In the spirit of Mother's Day (May 8), bring and share your favorite Mother's Day memories as we together explore the silly and serious sides of being a daughter, a sister, a mother, and/or a grandmother.
